1. Deputy General Manager :
No of Post : 05 posts, (2-OBC, 1-SC, 1-ST, 1 -UR)

Scale of Pay : Rs. 29100 to 54500/- per month.

Age Limit : Between 35 to 45 years.

Essential Qualification & Experience : Must be Graduation from a recognized University with professional degree of MBA (Mkg.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Mkg.) equivalent to MBA (Mkg.) from any recognized University / AICTE approved Institution. Should have at least 15 years experience (including 3 years post qualification experience), in a

responsible capacity in the area of Business Development & Marketing.

2. Deputy Manager :
No of Post : 23 posts, (SC-5, ST-2, OBC-9, UR-7)

Scale of Pay : Rs. 16400 to 40500/- per month.

Age Limit : Between 27 to 35 years.

Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Tech. / B.E. (Mechanical) from any recognized University / AICTE approved Institutions. Should have at least five years experience (including one year post qualification experience) in Engineering Industry/Technical Institute covering CNC Technology, Conventional Machinery etc., Engineering Workshop practices, skill development in different streams preferably with ISO 9000 QMS exposure, computer skill, Energy/Environment Audit experience.
