1. Personnel Officer :
No of Post : 07 posts (UR-5, SC-1, OBC-1),

Age Limit : Between 21 to 35 years as on 21.12.2010.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade pay Rs. 5400/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A candidate must hold a Graduate Degree 55% marks in Arts or Science or Commerce from any recognized University established by law in India or a Degree of University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Govt. of Rajasthan, alongwith: A Master’s D work/Post graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Human Management Development/Relations from a recognized University established by law in India 55% marks.
2. Assistant Personnel Officer :
No of Post : 17 posts (UR-11, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-3),
No of Post : 17 posts (UR-11, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-3),
Age Limit : Between 21 to 35 years as on 21.12.2010.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300-34800 Grade pay Rs. 3600/- per month.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A candidate must hold a Graduate Degree in Arts or Science or Commerce from a recognized University established by law in India or a Degree of a Foreign University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Govt., alongwith: – A Master’s Degree in Social work/Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or Development/ Industrial Relations from a recognized University established by law in India.

The printout of system generated application form should be sent by ordinary post in a closed envelope clearly mentioning : Post Bag No. 156, GPO, M.I. Road, Jaipur – 302001 (Raj) on or before 15.01.2011.
Fees : Rs. 400/- for General candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/OBC/BC/PH candidates through a system generated challan to be deposited in any branch of SBBJ in “SBBJ Power Jyoti Account No. 61113250483″ and obtain the receipted copy of Challan.
