Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, BARC, Applications are invited for the following posts through direct recruitment in BARC, Mumbai.
I. Nurse/‘A’ :
No of Post : 20 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : XII Standard and Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3 years course) plus Registration as “A” Grade Nurse OR BSc (Nursing) OR Nursing ‘A’ Certificate with 3 years experience in hospital or Nursing Assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 30 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
I. Nurse/‘A’ :
No of Post : 20 posts,

No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc with minimum 50% marks + 1year Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (D.M.L.T) with minimum 60% marks from recognized university OR B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology with minimum 60% marks from recognized university.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 30 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : B.Sc with minimum 50% marks + 1year Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology (D.M.L.T) with minimum 60% marks from recognized university OR B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology with minimum 60% marks from recognized university.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 30 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
III. Scientific Assistant/‘B’ (Civil) :
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma/Licentiate in Civil Engg (03 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC/B. Sc) with minimum 60% marks in Diploma.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 30 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
No of Post : 03 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : Diploma/Licentiate in Civil Engg (03 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC/B. Sc) with minimum 60% marks in Diploma.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 30 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
IV. Sub-Officer/‘B1’ :
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : SSC or equivalent PLUS Sub- Officer’s course from National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre + 05 years relevant experience as Leading Fireman in a recognized Civil/Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience should be after obtaining the requisite qualification. OR 08 years experience as Fireman/ Driver-cum-Operator in a recognized Civil / Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience must be after obtaining the requisite qualification.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 9300 to 34800 grade pay Rs. 4600/- per month.
Age Limit : 18 years minimum & 40 years maximum as on 01.05.2011.
No of Post : 02 posts,
Essential Qualification & Experience : SSC or equivalent PLUS Sub- Officer’s course from National Fire Service College or from CISF Fire Training Centre + 05 years relevant experience as Leading Fireman in a recognized Civil/Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience should be after obtaining the requisite qualification. OR 08 years experience as Fireman/ Driver-cum-Operator in a recognized Civil / Industrial Fire Service Station of which at least 03 years relevant experience must be after obtaining the requisite qualification.
